Let's have it tonight, Korean beef ribs.
The beef bones were bought frozen, washed, dried with a kitchen towel, and marinated with salt and Bach pepper.
Add a little olive oil and fry the marinated beef ribs in a pan until browned on both sides.
Open another pot to boil the juice. No need to put oil, pour the Korean barbecue sauce directly into the pot, cook until the liquid is thick and bubbles, pay attention to the heat, it will not be boiled.
The BBQ sauce can be drizzled over the beef ribs, or put on a separate plate for dipping.
Also cooked a plate of cabbage fish tofu. Nutritional balance.
Boil the cabbage and add oil at the end. I like simplicity and convenience.
Rice and Laoganma add the finishing touch to the whole dinner.

跟着我吃货。一起来当一位食尚玩家。

今晚我们来吃,韩国牛仔骨。
牛仔骨冰冻买回来,洗干净,用厨房纸巾吸干多余水份,用盐巴赫胡椒粉腌制。
少许的橄榄油,腌制好的牛仔骨放入锅内煎至2面焦黄。
另外开一个锅煮汁。不用放油,直接倒入韩国烧烤汁在锅内,煮至液体浓稠气泡,注意火候,不会煮糊了。
烧烤汁可以淋在牛仔骨上,或者另外放在一个碟子沾着用。
另外还煮了一盘白菜鱼豆腐。营养均衡。
白菜水煮最后加上耗油即可。我喜欢简单方便。
白饭加上老干妈,让整个晚餐画龙点睛。
牛仔骨为了吃起来更加方便,我喜欢用剪刀剪一小块一小块,更加容易食用。
