yami_featured_image 疫情宅在家的早餐|自制紫薯肠粉💜 记得以前上班的时候路过肠粉小车摊~ 我都会来一份猪肉肠粉加玉米葱花香菜🤤 感觉好久好久都没有吃过了有点想念呢! 正好刷到亚米网上看到有买肠粉专用面粉~ 而且还是紫薯味的引起了我强烈的好奇心🤣 家里没有肠粉机也没有猪肉碎等其他食材~ 就用腊肠来做😂先来做个超好吃的肠粉酱! 肠粉酱: 泡发的干香菇 4-5朵 蒜末 适量 酱油2-3勺 蚝油 适量 糖 少许 淀粉水 适量 Step1. 香菇切小丁,锅里少油中小火放入蒜末炒至微微泛黄然后放入香菇丁翻炒。 Step2. 所有调味料放入混合搅拌,再加少量的清水煮沸片刻,再倒入淀粉水勾芡即可。 紫薯肠粉: 肠粉面 100g 清水 250g 切丁腊肠 适量 葱花 适量 Step1. 将面粉和清水混合成糊状,再过筛一次避免结块。找一个个适合家中锅子大小的长方形或者圆形不锈钢或是烤盘作为制作肠粉的容器,如果有肠粉机最好啦~ 容器里涮少量的油锅里加水煮沸后,放入容器和一大勺肠粉水,快速旋转摊开成饼状。 Step2. 放入腊肠葱花,或其他任何你喜欢的食材,盖上锅盖蒸3分钟,用刮刀卷起淋上先前制作好的肠粉酱就完成啦~ 大概是我的操作或者是容器的关系~ 我做的肠粉偏厚口感比较类似鱼蛋肠粉 里的那种肠粉口感不是很细腻的那种~ 而且这个是紫薯做成的粉比较不容易成型 做出来的样子可能也不美观不过味道还不错~ 如果家里有肠粉机可能做出来效果会更好些。 # 今天也是yami的一天 # # 温暖小厨房 # # 一秒变好吃 # # 高颜值美食 # # 如7而至 #
