Lazy Recipe|Quick and Delicious|Cheese and Pork Floss Toast Cake
I tried this toast cake a few days ago and it was really delicious!
The method is simple and super fast. I changed the recipe a little bit!
It is recommended to use soft toast to make it taste better!

Ingredients needed:
Two slices of toast
Milk🥛70ml
Two eggs 🥚
Meat floss
5 slices of cheese
Butter 🧈30g
milk 35g
sugar 25g

1. Mix two eggs 🥚➕milk 70ml➕two teaspoons of sugar evenly, cut the toast into small pieces and soak in the egg milk.
2. To make the cheese liquid, mix the cheese slices, butter, sugar and milk in a milk pot and boil over low heat to melt.
3. Wrap a 6-inch cake tin with parchment paper, spread a layer of toast cubes, pour a layer of cheese liquid, and repeat twice. Finally, put the meat floss on it. If you have almond slices and sesame seeds, you can also add some rich taste~
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, spread the tin foil on the cake mold and send it to the oven to bake for 20 minutes!

After the cake is baked, let it cool down a bit before eating, otherwise the cheese will be very hot!
I usually make it at night and let it cool in the refrigerator before eating it the next day!
When eating, put the cake in the microwave and heat it for about 1 minute!
The cheese liquid will melt, the outer layer is a little hot, the middle is still a little cool~
The toast part tastes like cake and pudding and it tastes amazing!
I don't think I'm eating toast at all, let's try it! !

懒人食谱|快手好吃|爆浆芝士肉松吐司蛋糕
前几天刷到这个吐司蛋糕尝试过真的很好吃!
做法简单超级快手自己稍微改动了点方子!
吐司建议用软一点的做出来口感也比较好!

所需食材:
吐司 两片
牛奶🥛70ml
鸡蛋🥚两颗
肉松 适量
芝士片 5片
黄油🧈30g
牛奶 35g
糖 25g
🍞🍞🍞
1. 两颗鸡蛋🥚➕牛奶70ml➕两小勺糖搅拌均匀,吐司切小块浸泡在鸡蛋牛奶液里。
2. 这时候做芝士液,将芝士片、黄油、糖、牛奶混合在奶锅里小火煮融化即可。
3. 6寸蛋糕模包裹上油纸,铺上一层吐司块,再倒一层芝士液,以此类推重复两次。最后铺上肉松,如果有杏仁片和芝麻也可以来点丰富口感~
4. 烤箱预热200摄氏度蛋糕模具铺上锡纸送进烤箱烤20分钟即可!

蛋糕烤完可以稍微放凉再吃不然芝士很烫口!
我一般晚上做好放凉后冰箱冷藏第二天再吃!
吃的时候把蛋糕放进微波炉加热1分钟左右!
芝士液会融化外层有点微热中间还是有点凉~
吐司部分吃起来就像蛋糕和布丁口感特别赞!
