I highly recommend Jiachu's Hainanese Chicken Rice! Just amazing 🙈🙈 It has ginger paste, shallot oil, and chicken oil in it. According to the comments, adding it to the rice and cooking it is exactly the taste of chicken oil rice. It is fragrant and not greasy, very positive! I used to fry chicken and it was delicious too! 😍😍😍
