冰冰凉凉之清补凉~~~

第一次写文章对于我这个懒人来讲也是个奇迹~~关键是今天我不是晒小肉,竟然是来晒甜品!!!前几年在海南吃过几次清补凉之后,老公跟表妹一直念念不忘~~嘴里一口喊着一个椰子鸡一口喊着一个清补凉~~椰子🐔我是没办法了那清补凉我就试试看吧……谁想小肉生日趴上做了一次之后就好评不断。哈哈哈~~容我得瑟两下再开始晒~~~虽然有点麻烦,可是好吃就值得了不是?


首先,是煮椰奶~我一般是加冰糖煮椰奶,煮了后放凉,然后劈两颗新鲜椰子椰肉再打泥!这样的椰奶有股清甜的味道。可惜今天没去买椰子,就凑和吧~






(开的一罐里面是椰肉的,我打成泥加进去了)





接着,煮西米~亚米买的鹦鹉西米,煮开焖十分钟,捞出来过冷水备用~~











然后煮五谷杂粮~~放高压锅煮,煮好放冰糖晾凉~除了百合是我从中国买的,其它四样在亚米都买的到。加不加百合随自己喜好!















再然后煮珍珠和芋圆~过程我就不po了,因为跟煮西米都差不多!珍珠煮好加蜂蜜~






最后就是切水果了!全部切丁!今天没出门,家里就只有🥝然后我就拿出了三只松鼠的草莓干!之前我是用芒果加西瓜~






终于全部准备好了~~~




啦啦啦,终于可以吃了~~

虽然所有的材料都晾凉了可是心急的我都没来得及冰镇下再吃~~接点冰块放碗里然后就可以自己爱吃什么加什么了!!

终于晒完了~~我想说其实我也是个厨房小白~我老公之前说我就皮蛋瘦肉粥能拿得出手,现在多了这个清补凉~~再po张之前做的吧……
