yami_featured_image # 夏日清凉 # 看了看今天的天气. 感觉又是吃咖喱的好日子! 亚米入的日本S&B金牌咖喱块好像又要空瓶了. 这款金牌咖喱块真的吃了6年多了. 还是一样的爱. 一盒有五小块. 今天打算做咖喱鸡盖饭. 打算做的量有4人份.用2块足够了. 准备食材:芹菜、胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆和鸡胸. 1.鸡胸土豆切块.洋葱芹菜切丝. 2.先加少许油.热火炒一下鸡胸块.沥干备用. 3.然后接着炒土豆、胡萝卜和芹菜.在加备好的鸡胸块继续炒几分钟. 4.接着加适量的水.然后分别加入调料:金牌咖喱块、牛奶、盐少许、酱油少许、糖一些。 5.然后小火煲近10分钟就就要出锅了. 其实这款咖喱块本身的味道就很够了.不需要额外加太多食料了.不过我们家都是重口味.今天也是第一次往咖喱鸡里加芹菜.发现味道更与众不同.超香的.浓郁的咖喱香味配上白米饭.绝了!每次这道.大家都是饭扫光.真的太给面子了❤️
