# 亚米返校季 # First time eating instant Lanzhou beef noodles. The buns look like flat rice noodles, not traditional wheat flour noodles. The soup base is very fragrant, a little salty, and there are a few pieces of beef in it, but it doesn't taste the same as the beef ramen in the store.
It is easy to get lumpy when boiled, it is better to brew it with boiling water like instant noodles. I added white radish and a little sausage, and it tasted pretty good.
As instant noodles, the taste is worthy of the price, but I think it may be better to call it braised beef noodles.

# 亚米返校季 # 第一次吃速食兰州牛肉面。面饼看起来像扁扁的米粉，不是传统的小麦粉做的面条。汤底很香，有点咸，里面还能挑出几片牛肉粒，但是和店里吃到的牛肉拉面不是一个味道。
煮的话很容易坨，最好像泡面一样用开水冲泡比较好。自己加了白萝卜、一点香肠，吃起来还不错。
作为速食面味道对得起价格，但是感觉叫个红烧牛肉粉什么的或许更好。
