As a seasoned spicy dried bean curd lover, the self-control ability of such tender dried bean curd has been completely lost, so I went all in Jindui Gu series of tender dried bean curd (except spiced). After some comparison, let me share with you my taste experience.
As shown in the picture, each bag is an independent small package, which is slightly different from the series with a rectangular seal introduced last week:
1️⃣There are two pieces of dried tofu in the small package, the thickness is slightly thinner, and the softness is similar to that of the series;
2️⃣ This series is relatively slightly oily;
3️⃣ Generally speaking, the spiciness is lower than that of the series (don't be fooled by the name). Those who can eat snail noodles should eat this series to the extent that they don't even need to drink water to eat a few.
Personally, I prefer 🏆 Mala (sweet and spicy taste)🌶 and Shiitake (wild-level spicy taste)🍄, because the spicy taste is very authentic, a bit like oily peppers, and there is no strange taste at all. The shiitake mushroom is even more peculiar. The dried tofu is cut into small cubes and mixed with diced mushrooms. It not only tastes good, but also tastes quite rich. It is highly recommended!
The spiciness of the roast is a little lower, and there is a little more barbecue flavor, which is not bad. I personally don't like the pickled peppers that much, because the pickled peppers are a little light, and they are quite oily. After eating two packets, I am tired.

中秋节下酒菜辣豆干推荐一波！作为资深的辣豆干爱好者，遇到这么嫩的豆干自控能力已经完全丢失，all in了金堆谷这个系列的嫩豆干(除了五香)。一番对比之后来跟大家分享一下我的试吃感受吧。
如图，每包里面都是独立小包装，和上周介绍的长方形带密封条的那个系列稍有不同:
1️⃣小包装内有两条豆干，厚度上面也稍微薄一些，软嫩程度和那个系列差不多;
2️⃣这个系列相对来说要稍微油一点;
3️⃣总体来说辣度比那个系列低一些(别被名字唬住了)，能吃螺蛳粉的小伙伴们吃这个系列应该是连吃几条都不用喝水的程度。
我个人比较喜欢🏆麻辣(撩妹级麻辣味)🌶和香菇(狂野级麻辣味)🍄这两款，因为麻辣的味道很正宗，有点油泼辣椒那个意思，没有一丁点奇怪的味道。香菇这款就更奇特了，豆干被切成了小丁，跟香菇丁混合在一起，不但味道好，吃起来口感也是相当丰富了，强烈推荐！
爆烤的辣度稍微低一点，多了一些烧烤味，也还不错。泡椒的我个人没那么喜欢，因为泡椒味稍微有点淡，而且还挺油的，吃了两包就腻到了。
