2⃣️ I made honey red beans myself, or you can buy ready-made ones 👻

3⃣️ Muffin flour can be purchased at Yamibuy or supermarket

4⃣️ Optional: butter, maple or syrup, powdered sugar



Add an appropriate amount of matcha powder to the muffin powder (depending on whether you like a strong tea flavor or a little lighter)



Then add cold water and stir until it becomes a thin paste

【夏日早餐】之抹茶红豆松饼🥞🥞🥞

🍳🍳早餐系列第三集:今天来做个日式抹茶红豆松饼吧😋😋😋 (松饼小技巧在底端⬇️




1⃣️ 最重要的材料就是抹茶粉啦~~亚米买的这款有机纯抹茶粉茶味很浓郁,不带糖。

2⃣️ 蜜红豆是我自己做哒,也可以在买现成的👻

3⃣️ 松饼粉可以在亚米或超市买到

4⃣️ Optional:黄油,枫糖或糖浆,糖粉



在松饼粉加入适量抹茶粉(看你喜欢浓郁的茶味或淡一点)



然后一边加凉水一边搅啊搅直到变成稀糊



热锅放入黄油(炉灶温度在中火左右),等黄油化了一勺勺放入松饼糊



等到糊糊开始有小气泡的时候放入几颗蜜红豆



翻面咯~~~~~(ì _ í)



两面微焦就好啦😍😍😍



最后撒上糖粉、枫糖、和一小块黄油就做好咯‼️
