前阵子亚米上新了一批口味捞的各种速食粉面，由于下厨房出品引起了我的兴趣，入了好几个味道，今天先来说说开洋葱油拌面。
一包面一包酱料，酱料主要是葱油和酱油，葱段不少但开洋实在难找。味道可以说是我尝过的速食葱油面里最棒的，首先云阳鸡蛋面果然口感出众，面条很细，包装建议煮4-6分钟，我煮了6分钟捞出来，依旧弹牙，慢吞吞拍完照片面条居然一拌就开，完全不粘连。
酱料咸淡正好，不像想念的那么厚重，其中的开洋味很鲜香，给葱油解了腻。就是面量较少，可能当早饭比较合适，午饭晚饭要自己另外配菜。
