# 年货好物种草指南 # 71. Things of the East Rotten Skin Festival. The tag search turned out to be something else, presumably because it sold out. I bought it three weeks ago, and I have tried our local Asian Super League Qianfeng or Shanfeng or something before. We call it the Bean Festival in the Northeast. I bought it to make fried skewers, but I haven't done it yet. I used it to make vegetable skewers and grilled tofu skin. After all, there is no place to buy the tofu skin from the Northeast BBQ stand alone for 3 yuan per hand, so I had to buy it back, soak it, open it, and then grill it myself. I also tried mixing it with onions for a simple seasoning, and eating it with bulgogi wrapped in lettuce, it was perfect. It is not much different from the brand of louver knots I mentioned, and it is not easy to break apart. Recommended!

# 年货好物种草指南 # 71.东之物 腐皮节。标签搜成了别的,大概因为卖光了。我是三个礼拜前买的,之前还试过我们当地亚超的千峰还是山峰什么的,包装上写着百叶结的腐皮节。东北我们都叫豆节就是了。买来本来做炸串的,不过还没做上,拿来做了菜串和烤豆腐皮。 毕竟这边没看哪儿单独买那种东北烧烤摊3块钱1手的豆腐皮的,我就只好买回来泡软了打开再自己串串刷酱烤。也试过和洋葱拌拌简单调味,跟韩式烤肉一起卷在生菜里吃,完美。和我说的百叶结那个牌子差别不大,更不容易碎开,推荐!
