At Yami, I bought a delicious Korean BBQ beef bone sauce, Maeil Kalbi Sauce.
The sauce is moderately thick and you can smell the rich garlic aroma as soon as you open the bottle. I use it to marinate beef and beef bones with a pinch of salt, cumin, and black pepper. After half an hour, fry it in the pan. It tastes good, sweet, and the baby loves it. Once I also added vegetables when the meat was cooked to 8, the vegetables dipped into the sauce tasted great 😋.
The 840g bottle is quite large and heavy in the hand, and the bottle says it can be used to roast 9 pounds of meat. It can be said that the price is very high.

酱汁浓稠适中，一开瓶就能闻到浓郁的蒜香味。我用它加上少许盐、孜然、黑胡椒腌制牛肉、牛仔骨。半小时后上锅煎，味道不错，偏甜口，娃娃爱吃。有次我还在肉煎至8成熟时加入了蔬菜，浸入酱汁味道的蔬菜味道好极了😋。
840g挺大一瓶，拿在手里沉甸甸的，瓶子上写着能用来烤9磅肉。可以说性价比很高了。
如果你喜欢吃烧烤，喜欢蒜香甜口，抑或是懒得自己调酱料，买它就对了。
