拿到电饭煲有一段时间了~ 奈何上班忙➕减肥… 最近一星期才开始慢慢用… 本来看到12杯熟米会很大,闷一锅饭会吃到天荒地老…毕竟我现在用的简易小电饭锅真的就一碗饭的量😂😂😂来个朋友就要吃面或是蒸两锅… 但开箱后觉得并不是很大,比较小巧,打开后更满意了…不会一碗米扑不满锅底就好~~~ 第一次做的卤肉饭…因为我要看看蒸米饭香不香~ 排骨焖饭~ 简单的做法应该排骨飞水➕各种菜。但我排骨处理过,过血水然后➕生抽和糖色炒了才放进去闷…虽然说好吃但有一丢丢麻烦~特别忙的话估计都丢进去按开始就行了~ 烘培爱好者~ 有蛋糕的功能怎么能不试试~ 用的是我一直用的戚风方子~ 虽然上面上色很浅,但下面和四圈已经上色很重了,但并没有糊。口感比烤箱的更湿润,让我想到了大陆有一段时间很火的xxx蒸糕,好次不上火😅😅😅。口感味道都不错,但正常用烤箱烤蛋糕胚烤完要马上倒扣才能不塌腰,这个不行,因为没法倒扣,闷了一会我拿的时候塌了,所以就是说可以当蛋糕次~不适合做奶油蛋糕坯~真的不沾不沾不沾…蛋糕一下子就扣出来了~~~ 以后有机会煲汤炖甜汤试试~~~
