手工味道的麵條在味道方面比起方便麵是有天壤之別的!原因是手工麵吃起來很香很爽口勁道十足,一口接一口,沒法停!尤其是麻油醬包均勻的分佈在每一根麵條上,每吃一口都能感受到那種霸道的麻油氣味,然後紅辣椒油微微挑逗每一個味蕾,不是很辣但是很令人回味!不油膩但解饞,一年四季都適合吃!

這款簡單的麵不含有反式脂肪,一塊煮開已夠一人食用,加上青菜和肉,自己也能煮出深夜美食。


建議儘量按照指示烹飪,喜歡彈牙爽口的同學,麵不要煮多餘8分鐘,因為口感太軟會影響勁道口感。濾幹水再加調味包,因為麵很容易拌開而且吸汁能力強!
