亚米不完全月饼测评第一集


掐指一算 从7月中预购开始 不知不觉买了好多月饼 今天开开心心写个测评 等半岛奶黄和85度C月饼到了后再第二集


以下排名按照自己内心喜爱程度：

奇华奶黄 > 生计蛋黄酥 > 流心奶黄 > 荣华五仁 > 荣华双黄 > 义美绿豆凸 > 生计小月饼

（对月饼的口味：五仁党 喜欢咸蛋黄的一切 不爱传统口味）

一开始买奇华奶黄是因为亚米没有上流心奶黄 

顺手先买的 结果没想到惊为天人的好吃！预购买了一盒 后来补货后又马不停蹄定了2盒 （LA的小伙伴说 在大华就能买到 简直羡慕！！！）


一盒有8个上下四层 第一盒到的时候 里面全碎了 但是后面买的两盒就完全没有问题 小小一个 特别酥软 闻着就有明显的奶香味 不过月饼上奇华两个字很淡


外皮很明显的甜甜的奶味 内馅先甜后咸 但是不腻 而且能咬到明显的咸蛋黄颗粒 草鸡喜欢


去年就想买生计蛋黄酥 结果一个没有注意没了 今年看到预购 先买两盒为敬

（去年买了生计芋头酥 但是找不到老照片了 我觉得和蛋黄酥比起来 芋头酥口感偏干了 一定要配茶 ）


打开一共8个 黑芝麻的是豆沙蛋黄酥 白芝麻的是莲蓉蛋黄酥 酥皮都很完整 

（一个不成熟的tip：蛋黄酥微波炉加热10秒再吃 就像出炉的！酥皮的黄油味完全出来 咸蛋黄也会湿润很多！）


莲蓉和豆沙的都很好吃 很难排出先后


加热后切开 发现皮馅蛋黄的分布非常均匀 莲蓉很细腻 而且蛋黄的香味很足！

（一个小插曲 家属直男之前没有吃过蛋黄酥🙄🙄🙄 尝了一口后 自己又去加热了两个）


黑芝麻是豆沙口味的 看着就很有食欲


依然加热后切开 这个蛋黄更棒有没有 ！有明显的硬心 特别好吃


网红美心流心奶黄 也是盼望了好久 一开始预售并没有 还去问Aaron大大会不会上货！🤗🤗🤗🤗好开心亚米最后上货了！(再次忌妒LA的小伙伴能在大华买到！！！）

小小一个很迷你 


微波5秒 爆浆的程度会更棒 奶味大于咸蛋味 

不过觉得有点偏甜 一个就很满足了 


每年都会买的荣华 作为一个五仁咸蛋黄党 往年买的都是五仁双黄 不过今年小伙伴们来我家过中秋 就买了综合口味


综合口味有 五仁 莲蓉双黄 白莲双黄 和 豆沙双黄


和前面几款月饼比起来 传统的广式月饼就大很多


我最最喜欢的五仁 荣华的月饼皮都很薄 能透过皮依稀看到里面的内馅


剖面能看到外皮真的很薄 有杏仁,核桃仁,芝麻仁和瓜子仁 一口咬下去果仁味很足 杏仁味特别明显


双黄白莲也是薄薄的外皮


蛋黄的位置虽然不是很均匀 但一边一个也很好 喜欢蛋黄的和喜欢莲蓉的都能照顾到


咸蛋黄质量棒棒的 一层层分明 非常油润


绿豆凸是家属直男要的

一个白白胖胖的大月饼


绿豆馅料非常饱满 不过外皮有点寡淡 内馅的绿豆味很明显 是沙沙的口感 完全不甜 一种很新奇的体验

不爱传统口味月饼的我表示口味非常传统 嗯 词穷


因为生计蛋黄酥的缘故 家属表示2盒也不够 所以在亚米上定了台湾直邮的蛋黄酥和御丹波 下次再写测评
