# 好物11道来 # 4⃣️ 作为东北人 到了天冷的季节 尤其的想吃口酸菜 再加上暖糯糯 滑溜溜的粉条 满口都是家乡的味道 亚米的这款红薯鲜粉本来是打算煮火锅的 顺手就被我拿来炖酸菜了 条件有限 只能用德国酸菜代替 (其实味道还是有些像的 不挑剔的人吃不出区别) 加上些肥瘦相间的猪肉 咕嘟咕嘟的用肉汤慢慢炖煮酸菜 快出锅的时候 加入这个红薯鲜粉 随便煮煮就软嫩Q弹了 稍微多煮一下 就吸满了肉汤的滋味 也算是解了我想家的馋虫了
