I don't know if it will be better when I cook it next time with more cooking wine or something. Because the first time I made it was boiled in white water, the fishy smell was relatively strong, so I could only make Korean-style spicy stir-fried cheese pot and press it. The taste is really good, like the seafood version of soft and crispy bones, I am quite satisfied. Will consider repurchase.
