Tiaotou cake is a special product in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It is a traditional specialty cake. It is an oblong cake made of glutinous rice flour with a fine sandy heart. Because it is filled with bean paste, it is also called "Xiasha Toutiao Cake".
The sweet-scented osmanthus cakes bought at YAMI are individually packaged. A small wooden stick is inserted into each small stick. Eating the stick directly is a bit like eating a popsicle. The texture of Tiaotou cake is very soft and glutinous, the mung bean filling inside is very fragrant, and the outer layer has the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus. The chewing is very layered. 最近在 YAMI 亚米 很受歡迎的小零食必須是淘樂福的桂花條頭糕了吧！紅豆味和綠豆味全買，今天先吃綠豆味的。
條頭糕是江浙滬地區的特產，是傳統特色糕點，是糯米粉製成的有細沙心的長圓形糕。由於是用豆沙為餡，所以又叫「細沙頭條糕」。
在 YAMI 亚米 買到的這款桂花條頭糕是獨立包裝的，小小的一條條頭糕插有一根小木棒，直接拿著小木棒吃有點像是在吃冰棒。條頭糕口感非常軟糯，裡面的綠豆餡很香，外層還有桂花的花香，嚼著很有層次，必須得回購！
