# 春季养身计划 # 养生汤 还记得那时候在国内!一碗胡辣汤加一份豆花儿就是北方的豆腐脑,话说北方咸豆腐脑真的是吃不腻,当然糖水豆花儿也不错(满满的求生欲🫣)。配上一根油条,让你一天都元气满满💪有时候会是油饼、小笼包、蒸饺、麻花或是麻油馓子! 方中山胡辣汤我买了两款:微辣和麻辣的。 微辣的里头有3包粉料包➕3包蔬菜干料包 麻辣的是5包粉料包 吃的时候按照说明上的操作,自己再加上香菇片、木耳丝、黄花菜一起。煮好后关火打一个蛋花进去,撒上葱花、香菜、几滴香油。喜欢吃醋再倒些醋~OMG~Speechless! 吃的时候在上面铺上麻油馓子。连吃三天都不会腻🤭没有豆花可以加嫩豆腐进去,和豆腐脑儿极度相似! 感兴趣的宝子们快去试试!💗
