日正宝岛地瓜粉是细小颗粒状的，做了家乡美食“炸粿”
要做这道美食可是少不了地瓜粉😆
食材生蚝（没有海蛎），大量葱、还有地瓜粉、五香粉姜末、（红萝卜丝可加可不加）全部加在一起搅拌加点味道就可以下锅炸了！类似海蛎煎只是换成了油炸！
虽然离家乡真正的味道还有点距离但能吃到也算是一点
小满足了…
