一下捞起（也可过油炸更香）！
起锅放葱姜蒜再放入半包底料爆香，放入所有蔬菜和肉类海鲜一起炒熟就完成✅啦！最后再撒点香菜末！太赞了👍又是下饭第一名✌️😆
