It is indeed sweet, with a little bit of soy sauce added in it, but the fusion is not particularly good, not as amazing and delicious as the ordinary milky black version. It's very average, quite salty, but fortunately, it's a little less sweet than many Korean barbecue sauces. It can be mixed with pear puree and apple puree for seasoning, but it will not be repurchased.

# 亚米经验值+1 # 49.日本GYU-KAKU 牛角烤肉酱 酱油味 210G。买了太久了，一直忘了发,tag也没搜出来🙃。确实是甜口，里面加了一丢丢酱油味儿，但是融合的不算特别好，不乳黑色普通款那样惊艳的好吃。就是很一般，还挺咸的，好在比韩国的不少烤肉酱甜度低了一丢丢。可以和梨子泥苹果泥什么的混合混合调味凑合用，但是不会回购了。
