看到亚米网上卖了兰州拉面(牛肉面),激动地先买来一包尝尝看!毕竟在山鸡村要吃一碗好面也要开很久😭


打开箱子就看到清新的绿色包装啦,再远,也有一碗兰州拉面的广告语看得我更加欲罢不能😋



打开盒子,里面内容很丰富:一大包原汤料,一把干拉面,一包干香菜,一包干蒜苗,调料有一包油辣子,一包醋,加两块素牛肉。嗯?还有一个纸漏斗?(后来证明这货真的很重要)




烹调前要准备两只锅,一只也行,就是中间要等一下。我是等不及了,准备了一大锅,一个小铜锅。


先把汤包里的汤放进锅里,用纸漏斗接三漏斗纯净水倒入锅中(这个真的是神器,可以确保加入的水不会过多,好控制🤓觉得此刻自己很nerdy)然后加入干香菜和蒜苗,然后就放在一个炉子上备用。因我用的铜锅,加热很快,怕汤很快就热,面没煮好的话汤会凉。所以先不开火。如果你用的锅是比较慢加热的,可以先打开。




然后大锅里加水,滴一两滴香油煮开。放入干面。4-6分钟快煮熟的时候,我开始加热我的汤。汤的香味很快就飘出来啦!面不要煮太软,挑一根尝一下,如果只有一点硬,就小火一分钟就可以起锅了。如果汤提前好了,记得拿小盖子盖上保温。



起锅啦!把面先放到碗里,热汤倒进去,凭自己口味放点醋和辣椒油。必须点赞辣椒油,味道很正宗,很像馆子里吃的那种。素牛肉放进去。我又想起来前两天吃剩的萝卜汤,捞了几块放进去,完美!


😋😋😋总体味道非常好,虽说还是比不上店里一碗新鲜的兰州拉面,但是解馋是很够用了!必须回购!


PS:喜欢汤更浓郁的可以放两漏斗水,我口较重,感觉放满三漏斗味道偏淡一点。个人觉得素牛肉口感一般,有点酸,可以先尝一口决定要不要放。如果准备充分,可以切一点萝卜片,新鲜香菜放进去,肯定更美味!
