Golden Golden Chrysanthemum: There are 30 flowers in a box, 15 grams each, all individually packaged, produced by Beijing Tongrentang. When you open it, the fragrance of chrysanthemums is already hitting your nostrils.
Chrysanthemum tea has 6 major functions: healthy eyesight, preventing heart disease, anti-inflammatory and heat-relieving, antioxidant, relaxing and refreshing; it is super suitable for people who stay up late.
Longan meat: The longan meat is different from what I have eaten before. The canned meat is dry. When eating, you have to bite hard to get the sweetness of the longan meat, but the sugar content is obviously less.
Roses: Dried roses. You have to open the jar and smell it closely to get the fragrant rose smell. Rose fragrance doesn't have that strong smell
Honeysuckle: Gives me a dry tea feel

在最冷的几天，收到YAMIBUY 最暖心的冬日养生系列 - 金丝皇菊，龙眼肉，玫瑰花，金银花，柠檬。
金丝皇菊：一盒有30朵，每朵15克，都是独立包装，北京同仁堂出品。打开的时候，菊花的香气就已经扑鼻而来。
菊花泡茶具有6大功效：保健视力，預防心臟病，消炎解熱氣，抗氧化，放鬆與提神；超级适合熬夜人士。
龙眼肉：桂圆肉和我之前吃的不一样，罐装都是干身的，吃的时候要用力咬才能吃出龙眼肉的甘甜，但糖分明显比较少。
玫瑰花：玫瑰花干，要打开罐子凑近闻，才会有香香的玫瑰味。玫瑰花香没有那种很浓烈的味道
金银花：给我一种干身茶叶的感觉
柠檬：4罐真空密封罐子里，柠檬是最香的。但也是因为柠檬没有去皮切，所以茶泡久了，难免会有苦涩的味道。
我一开始的组合：因为不确定自己想要怎么样的喝法，所以我就直接把所有材料都泡在一起，加热水喝，方便又简单👍🤩
我最爱的组合：
