Each knife has a different blade head, one with a smooth cut surface, one with small teeth, and a Y-shaped one for shredding. The scraped skin is directly in shreds, which is suitable for shredding potatoes. I prefer to use the one with a smooth blade for peeling potatoes. It is super easy to use, sharp and fast, not very laborious, and easy to use. I saw three types of blades written on the package: strait blade soft-fruit blade julienne blade, which are: smooth blade serrated blade (this one seems to be able to peel soft fruits and vegetables like tomatoes) shredding blade I used this new set of peeling knives to peel potatoes and made a loofah, potato and egg noodle soup. The noodles used were the handmade hollow dragon beard noodles bought from Yami by Hema. This type of noodles is highly recommended. The dragon beard noodles are very thin and cook very quickly. They are cooked in a short time directly in the soup, and the soup will not become mushy. When the noodles are cooked, the soup is still refreshing. There is no need to use another pot to cook noodles, and one less pot to wash is more troublesome. The first step of frying eggs is also done in this pot. One pot does everything, based on the concept of less washing is better. The soup pot is also a Korean non-stick pan bought from Yami. Fry the eggs in this pan first without washing them. Then pour out the fried eggs and set aside. Add some oil to fry garlic and potatoes without washing the pan. When they are half cooked, add loofah and stir-fry twice. Add water and boil. Add a little white pepper, salt, and fried eggs. Cook until the thick potato slices are fully cooked and then turn off the heat. Finally, add some chopped green onions. Only salt and a little white pepper are used as seasonings. They are all the original flavors of the ingredients and taste great. In the future, I will use this three-piece set to make shredded potatoes. First, use the strait blade in this three-piece set to peel the potatoes, and then use the julienne blade to shred them. I don’t even need a cutting board, and I don’t have to wash one.

近期种草了亚米新品linoroso这个牌子的厨房用具,入了这套精美的不锈钢削皮刀三件套,每一把都有不同的刀头,一个是平滑的切面,一个是带有小齿的切面,还有一个Y形那把是削丝的刀,刮出来直接是丝状,适合削土豆丝。
削土豆皮我更喜欢用平滑刀面的那一把,超级好用,锋利快速,不怎么费力气,好用。
我看包装上写着三种blade:
strait blade
soft-fruit blade
julienne blade
分别是:
平滑刀头
锯齿刀头(这个好像可以削西红柿这种软水果蔬菜皮)
刮丝刀头
我用这套新的削皮刀削的土豆,做了个丝瓜土豆鸡蛋汤面,面条用到了亚米买的盒马手工空心龙须面,这款面条很推荐,龙须面很细非常快熟,直接下在汤里一会儿功夫就熟了,也不糊汤,面条熟了汤仍然清爽,不需要再另外搭锅煮面,少洗一口煮面锅省事。第一步煎鸡蛋也同样用的这口锅,一口锅做了所有事,本着少洗一点算一点的理念。
煮汤锅也是在亚米买的韩国不粘锅,煎鸡蛋先用这口锅煎完不用洗,然后把煎好的鸡蛋倒出来备用,锅不洗直接再加点油煎大蒜和土豆,半熟后加丝瓜翻炒两下,加水煮沸腾,加少许白胡椒,盐,煎好的鸡蛋,煮至土豆厚片全熟就可关火了,最后可加点葱花,调料只用了盐和少许白胡椒,都是食材本味,味道好极了。
今后做土豆丝就用这套三件套啦,先用这三件套里的strait blade削土豆皮,再用julienne blade刮丝,菜板都省了,又少洗个菜板。
