【Grandma's Noodles】 Grandma's noodle is a very famous noodle dish in Chongqing. It is said to have the taste of grandma👵 I saw the advertisement was very fierce. So I couldn't help but bought 2 packs to try on Black Friday. (One pack is the amount for one person 💰4.39) There is a pack of alkaline water noodles. There are also 2 packs of sauerkraut sauce. I tried two cooking methods: 【Failure】Picture 3: Put the noodles in boiling water and drain them. Then add the sauerkraut sauce directly. Stir well. (The green cabbage is added by yourself) 【Success】Picture 4: Put the noodles in boiling water and drain them. Then pour the sauce into the bowl [add 150ml] of noodle soup. Stir the sauce evenly. Finally, pour in the cooked noodles and mix well! The instructions suggest to use the sauce to make the noodle soup before adding the noodles. I thought that the noodle soup would not be added. The taste would be thicker. It will be much better than the picture 3. It has flavor. But maybe I expect too much. So I am very disappointed with this grandma noodles. It is not as delicious as the legend. It is sauerkraut. A little spicy? I think Laotan sauerkraut beef noodles is more delicious 😂 So I won't repurchase. And the price is a little higher. I still don't know Chongqing's food. It's just for reference. Everyone's taste is different. Those who love it don't throw eggs 😂

yami_featured_image 【外婆小面】 外婆小面是重庆那边非常著名的一道面食.说是有外婆的味道👵看见广告打得很凶.于是也忍不住趁黑五买了2包试试.(一包就是一个人的量💰4.39)里面有一包碱水面.还有2包酸菜酱料. 我试了两种煮法: 【失败】图3:面条放入滚水里煮熟以后沥干.然后直接加入它的酸菜酱料.搅拌均匀.(青菜是自己额外加进去的) 【成功】图4:面条放入滚水里煮熟以后沥干.接着把酱料倒入碗里【加150ml】的面汤.搅拌均匀酱料.最后才倒入煮熟的面条进去拌均匀! 说明书上建议要用酱料做面汤以后在加入面条.我以为不加入面汤.味道会浓点.但是反而让酸菜酱料变的非常淡.没味道. 第二次按照说明书上做了面汤.味道是会比图3的好很多.有味道.但是可能我期望太大.所以对这款外婆小面很失望.没有传说中的那么好吃.就是酸菜.加一点辣?我觉得老坛酸菜牛肉面更好吃😂 所以不会回购.而且价格也高了点.还是我不懂得重庆的美食呀..仅供参考啊.每个人口味不一样.爱它的人不要丢鸡蛋😂
