This time I want to try one of the three major noodles in Guangxi, Guilin rice noodles! !

The ingredients are quite complete. The most surprising thing is that it comes withPeanut Soybean Bun😘 😘

Guangxi friends once told me that authentic Guilin rice noodles should have fried soybeansandCaper beans. This ingredient is really good 🤩🤩🤩

配料蛮齐全的,最惊喜的是配了花生黄豆包😘😘

广西的小伙伴就曾跟我说过,正宗的桂林米粉就该有炸黄豆酸豆角. 这配料真走心🤩🤩🤩



煮粉的过程就不细说了,划个重点:

冲冷水这一步粤语又叫「过冷河」,是为了冲洗掉煮过的粉/麵释出的淀粉质,让粉/麵口感更爽滑弹牙.



加个煎鸡蛋🍳,桂林米粉就做好了🎉🎉🎉



⚠️广西小伙伴给我的推荐吃法

1. 先下一包汤料包,拌粉吃;

2. 剩一半的粉和配料后,加入另一包汤料包和适量的水,成为汤粉.



加点肉和汤粉更配哦😉😉😉
