Miss Yami's 2018 Kinds of Cursive Issue 5 | Have you eaten all the top ten instant noodles in the world?

NO.1 Singapore Yum Chef Laksa Whole Wheat Ramen 

From Singapore, Yum Chef has not fallen out of the top three since 13 years, typical Southeast Asian flavor, the biggest highlight is the rich soup Juice, mixed with seafood and coconut milk flavors.  

Miss's comment: The soup is really fragrant, but the exotic flavor is too prominent, I don't like it very much. The number one in the world is a bit exaggerated.

NO.2 Malaysia MyKuali Penang Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup 

The soup is boiled with local seafood, added with a unique Malay chutney, the soup noodles are attractive red, and served with onion rings , which inspired the umami of the soup base.  

Miss's comment: It has a slightly fishy smell, seafood lovers can try to pull weeds.

NO.3 Singapore Straits Reborn Laksa Laksa Noodles

Laksa noodles are a standard Nanyang style, which is equivalent to Chinese Shaxian snacks in the Nanyang region. Laksa, which is made into a convenience food, also has a different taste. The noodles are glutinous and the soup base is thick.  

Miss's comment: I haven't eaten it, so I can't comment.

NO.4 Malaysia Jiazhen Nyonya White Curry Noodles

On the list for three consecutive years, why? Because the noodles are good, they look like basic instant noodles, but really taste good. The soup base comes from curry paste, coconut flour and a special dipping sauce. You can put the sauce in a spoon and dip it into the soup (or you can put it all in).  

Miss's comment: I haven't tried it before, why does Hans like Southeast Asian taste so much? ? ? Probably from Southeast Asia in a past life.

NO.5 Malaysia mykuali Penang Red Hot & Sour Noodles 

Hans said it was the exact same flavour he encountered on the resort island of Langkawi off the coast of Malaysia. The noodles are decent - the thickness, softness and hardness are moderate, and the taste is full. The broth is thick, spicy, lemongrass, and lots of shrimp.  

Miss's comment: Tom Yum Kung tastes very good, call! The umami of lemongrass and shrimp is just right, except that the amount is not enough for me to eat, there is nothing wrong, you can add your own seafood~ 

NO.6 Singapore Yum Kitchen Whole Wheat Curry Noodles

It has been on the list every year since 2013. The noodles are a bit like handmade noodles. The curry flavor is very strong. A pack of 178g instant noodles, the seasoning is just accounted for 78g.  

Miss's comment: Whole wheat noodles are very healthy in instant noodles, which is good for our health fairies It is suitable. The curry flavor is really strong, and there is also the coconut flavor, I like it!  

NO.7 Malaysia Penang Nyonya Style White Curry Noodles

Hans said: I have tried many kinds of Penang white curry instant noodles. Until this one, the answer was in my heart. This is the most perfect. Rich noodles and a mellow soup base, with a touch of spiciness and heavy flavors, everything is harmoniously combined in perfect harmony.  

Miss's comment: This one can be eaten in as little as 2 minutes of cooking. Noodles were quicker, but the noodles were slightly softer and the soup was good.  

NO.8 Hong Kong out of the former one diced black garlic oil pork bone soup flavor stick diced noodles

Hans said: This is the first time that Hong Kong instant noodles have appeared in the top 10 in the world. First of all, the noodles were good - very good texture and size, impressive. Next, the soup base was also perfect, adding to the deliciousness and richness of the tonkotsu base by adding black garlic oil.  

Miss's comment: The pork bone soup is really delicious, fresh and fragrant, full marks! The noodles are strong, add a soft egg, and 2 pieces of barbecued pork are the original noodles of Japanese ramen.

NO.9 Taiwanese Mixed Noodles with Double Scallion Oil

Hans said: I went to Taiwan to eat once last year, and then I ate it again for the evaluation. Both tastings came to the same conclusion - fantastic! The noodles are plentiful, chewy, and taste very good, and it is delicious with shallots and shallots.

Miss's comment: This is the only noodle on the list, the amount is very large, enough for 3 have eaten. The onion oil is super fragrant! The seasoning is slightly salty, it is recommended to add less. This noodle is the best on the list in my opinion!

NO.10 Korean Ba Dao Force Hot Pot Ramen

Hans said: This instant noodles originated during the war, when Koreans added hot dogs, cheese, luncheon meat, pork and other ingredients into traditional soups , and then there's the Army Ramen. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the soup base is slightly spicy and slightly oily. This is a unique kind.

Miss's comment: The seasoning is a bit light, and it is not an authentic army hot pot flavor.

I think this list is unfair, I hope there will be a global vote this year~

亚米大小姐2018种草记第5期 | 全球十大泡面你都吃了吗?

Hey,我是大小姐的自由人格,因为我在她的年终总结上写:今年做的不足的是没有尝遍全球十大泡面,所以她被关小黑屋去了。


今天由我来代班主持,就跟你们说说这个2017全球十大热门泡面以及我的试吃感受。 

Hans Lienesch这个胖子你们都熟吧,一个用生命在吃泡面的老司机,每年他都会在几千包方便面中评选出全球十大美味方便面。 

今天就来回顾一下17年的排名。

NO.1 新加坡百胜厨叻沙全麦拉面 

来自新加坡,百胜厨从13年开始就没跌出过前三甲,典型的东南亚风味,最大的亮点在于浓郁的汤汁,混合着海鲜和椰浆的味道。 

大小姐点评:汤确实很香浓,但异域风情太过突出了,个人不是很喜欢,世界第一有点夸张。

NO.2 马来西亚MyKuali槟城香辣虾汤面 

用当地盛产的海鲜熬煮汤头,加入马来特有的酸辣酱,汤面呈现诱人的红色,并配有洋葱圈,激发了汤底的鲜味。 

大小姐点评:略带腥味,海鲜爱好者可以拔草试试。

NO.3 新加坡Straits Reborn Laksa叻沙面

叻沙面是标准的南洋风味,在南洋地区是等同于中国沙县小吃的存在。做成方便食品的Laksa 也别有一番滋味,面条筋道,汤底浓厚。 

大小姐点评:没吃过,不作评价。

NO.4 马来西亚嘉珍娘惹白咖喱面

连续三年上榜,为什么呢?因为面条很好 ,它们看起来像基础的方便面,但真的口感很好。汤底来自咖喱糊,椰子粉和特制蘸酱。你可以把酱放在汤匙里,把它浸入汤内(或者你可以把它全部放入)。 

大小姐点评:没吃过,Hans怎么那么喜欢东南亚口味???大概前世是东南亚人吧。

NO.5 马来西亚mykuali槟城红酸辣汤面 

Hans说这和他在马来西亚海岸的兰卡威度假岛上遇到的风味完全一样。面条很正 ——粗细、软硬都很适中,口感很饱满。 肉汤浓稠,辣味浓郁,柠檬草味浓重,还有很多虾味。 

大小姐点评:冬阴功的味道很正,打call!柠檬草和虾的鲜味都表现得刚好,除了量不够我吃,没毛病,可以加自己点海鲜~ 

NO.6 新加坡百胜厨全麦咖喱面

13年开始每年都上榜,面条有点像手工面,咖喱味非常浓郁,一包178g的泡面,调味料就占了78g。 

大小姐点评:全麦面条在泡面里是属于非常健康的了,对我们养生的仙女来说很合适。咖喱味真的敲浓,还有椰香味,喜欢! 

NO.7 马来西亚槟城娘惹风味白咖喱面

Hans说:我已经尝试了很多种槟城白咖喱泡面。直到这款,心里才有了答案。 这个最完美。丰富的面条和醇厚的汤底,带点辣和重口味,一切和谐完美地结合在一起。 

大小姐点评:这个只要煮2分钟就可以吃,比其他泡面更快,但面条略软,汤不错。 

NO.8 香港出前一丁黑蒜油猪骨汤味棒丁面

Hans说:这是香港的泡面首次出现在全球前十的榜单上。首先,面条很好——很不错的口感和尺寸,印象深刻。接下来,汤底也很完美,通过添加黑蒜油而增加了豚骨汤底的美味和丰富。 

大小姐点评:猪骨汤头真的非常好喝啊,又鲜又香,满分!面条劲道,加个溏心蛋,2块叉烧就是日式拉面本面了。

NO.9 台湾小拌面古早味双葱油细面

Hans说:去年去台湾吃了一次,后来又为了测评吃了一遍。两次品尝都能得出同样的结论——棒极了!面条很多,嚼起来很香,味道非常不错,搭配青葱和油葱非常美味。

大小姐点评:这是上榜的唯一一款拌面,量很足,够3个吃了。葱油超级香!调味略咸,建议少加点。这个拌面是我觉得榜单上最好吃的!

NO.10 韩国八道部队火锅拉面

Hans说:这款泡面起源于战争时期,韩国人把热狗、芝士、午餐肉、猪肉等食材加入传统的汤,然后就有了——部队拉面。面条厚实耐嚼,汤底微辣略带点油性。这是一个独一无二的种类。

大小姐点评:调味有点淡,算不上正宗的部队火锅味。

我觉得这个榜单有失公正,希望今年来个全球大票选~
