首先自报家门 我在纽约。遍地川菜湘菜各种中餐 正宗的屈指可数

图一:Hao Noddle/ 上海菜

推荐甜品👉红糖糍粑(黄豆粉给的非常足 外面的鸡蛋很焦香 是现做的糍粑 感觉在曼哈顿这道菜好少见

推荐头台👉酒糟拼盘(具体名字忘记了 大约是这个 右上角那个菜 很入味 黄酒味超级浓 就是size过于精致)

推荐主菜👉蛋饺(超级好吃!好久没吃到蛋饺了 汤底也很清淡 无限推荐)

推荐面点👉右下那个 貌似叫做剁椒鸡什么的(总之可以拿着图片给waiter 唯一一道有点辣的面 很清淡又很有内容!有国内的味道。 超过他家的招牌红烧肉面 红烧肉真的咸而腻 汤底一股盐水味 踩雷 无敌不推荐)

推荐顺序➡️ 汤面 蛋饺 拼盘 糍粑

店面很美 Insta friendly 就是排队要很久 不接受当天reservation… 






图二:穿山甲/川菜?

万年经典穿山甲终于开到city

推荐甜品👉醪糟汤圆(没在图里 但很好吃 本来只是怕其他菜太辣才点的 意外好喝 没有过浓的淀粉勾芡 也不是白水陪酒酿那么寡淡 良心了)

推荐头台👉人人都爱的晾衣白肉(好吃还是好吃的 就是蒜泥碟不如flushing那个够味 可能要加点盐)

推荐主菜👉毛血旺/牛蛙/和左下角那个我忘记名字的鱼(超级好吃!毛血旺里面还有黄喉 量很足味道也正!牛蛙也不是碎碎的那种 很棒 麻麻的!🐟是一整条不是满大街都是的速冻龙利鱼)

推荐理由⬇️

穿山甲真的很正宗不需要理由了 绝对可以拯救受够了各种美式川菜的宝宝们 新店很干净服务也很到位 就是排队要很久 好像不接受reservation……… 不过可以8-9点去 错过饭点高峰期






图三:dadong/烤鸭

推荐甜品👉豌豆黄(绝对秒杀一众菜单上稀奇古怪的甜品 豌豆黄做的真心地道 可以解思乡之情了。排个雷:陈皮ice cream和贝壳那个巧克力盘 前者无敌奇怪的口感 后者就是普通巧克力很美而已)

推荐头台👉桂花糯米藕+鹅肝樱桃(为了想念甚久的鹅肝樱桃才去的 emm 还行吧 感觉比国内的新鲜缺不够咸鲜。糯米藕如果不是特别馋 可以去flushing 有点硬而且没入味 新鲜吧权当)

推荐主菜👉烤鸭+砂锅鳕鱼?(烤鸭依旧ok 很多人都说瘦 我倒觉得刚好 想吃肥腻的可以去附近的客家山hakassan 不过一整个鸭子的order给我分开一冷一热是怎么回事…/ 鳕鱼真的好吃 一股国内粤菜馆的味道)

推荐主食👉牛肉炒饭(和牛炒的 里面还有细颗粒蔬菜 很好吃 三个姑娘啃光一盆 就是酱油多了 吃多有点咸)

推荐理由➡️想家的总归还是要来吃一下 现在很好预定 一定要约ordering那一层不要去tasting 毕竟中餐还是自己搭配来的开心~ 不要点一些奇奇怪怪的菜 就不会失望的。
