I have never had snail powder before this🤦‍♀️, also Never been to Liuzhou.


Before I went, I thought it was a small workshop, so I visited5-6 At home, I found that the sanitation facilities are good, and both entry and exit need to be disinfected, and some factories even have medical grades.

And the mechanized production is very high. Basically, the basic products are involved in the operation of the machine, and the manual is mainly in the assembly (at present, it is said that because there are too many materials in the snail powder, it cannot be automatically assembled for the time being)

螺蛳粉之柳州溯源

因为工作的关系,之前去过柳州的螺蛳粉工厂探过工厂(人生经历丰富如我)


看到这个话题,翻了翻相册,嗯,图片还在,就分享给大家这一段有味道的旅程。


在此之前,从未嗦过螺蛳粉🤦‍♀️,也未去过柳州。


去之前会以为都是小作坊,探访了5-6家,发现卫生设施都不错,进出都需要消毒,有的工厂间甚至是医药级别的。

而且机械化生产非常高,基本涉及到基础产品的,都是机器在操作,人工主要在组装(目前据说因为螺蛳粉内料太多,暂时无法自动组装)


在柳州3天,吃了15份螺蛳粉😳

还有熬螺蛳等等忘记拍了,听说正宗的螺蛳粉是没有螺蛳肉的,而是用螺蛳肉熬成汤,现在有的公司加入鸡架骨、猪骨一起熬,使得汤底更鲜美。



一碗当地非常有名的螺蛳粉ending。自此不仅爱上螺蛳粉,吃起来也更安心啦。
