仿国内KFC的鸡汁土豆泥,太好吃啦

第一次做,把整颗土豆都吃完了,就来教大家仿国内kfc的鸡汁土豆泥~味道不能说一样,但是也好吃啦



今天的主角是亚米的李锦记蚝油~



首先拿一个锅煮土豆,大火煮15分钟左右能熟,小火煮要30分钟,拿筷子戳戳,扎透了就是熟了。



煮土豆的过程中我们来调酱汁,土豆泥好不好吃全靠它~蚝油两勺,黑胡椒粉适量,淀粉两勺,水比例与蚝油7:1,黄油5-8



搅拌一下,倒入小锅中,加热到黄油融化即可。



土豆煮好后放入凉水中浸泡,剥去外皮。



用勺子压碎,过程中分两三次加入少量牛奶,吃起来会又糯又香~
