[Annier's Daily Planting] Hot and Sour Noodles

When it comes to Southeast Asian cuisine, my favorites are fish cakes and tom yum soup. Especially in winter, it's so wonderful to have a bowl of sour, spicy and fresh Tom Yum Kung😋


Today, I will plant a hot and sour noodle soup from Malaysia (namely Tom Yum Kung Noodle Soup), to ward off the cold and appetizers in winter☀️ ☀️



There are four packs in one big pack, including a pack of noodles, a pack of Tom Yum Kung sauce and seasoning powder.





Here I made some ingredients myself:

Lemon*3slices

Crab sticks*3bars

Fish tofu*2chunks

Hanazhiwan*1Pills

Shrimp*6only

Braised eggs*1pcs


There are also some recommended accessories:

cuttlefish, shrimp balls, octopus balls, lemongrass leaves, lemongrass, coriander



Taste: The noodles of this Tom Yum Kung Noodle Soup are very ordinary, just ordinary instant noodles, but the Tom Yum Kung Sauce is particularly authentic, and it tastes the same as the Tom Yum Kung noodles eaten in restaurants. The crab sticks, flower balls, fish tofu and shrimp soaked up the soup, and the teeth were smooth. The soup has the fruit acidity of lime, and it is very enjoyable to drink it in one gulp.👻

【安妮er的日常种草】之酸酸辣辣面

要说东南亚美食,最爱的就是鱼饼和冬阴功汤。尤其是大冬天来碗酸酸辣辣鲜鲜的冬阴功真是太美好了😋


今天给大家种草一款来自马来西亚的酸辣汤面(即冬阴功汤面),在冬日里驱寒开胃☀️☀️



一大包有四包,里面有一包面,一包冬阴功酱包和调料粉。





这里我自己配了一些配料:

青柠檬*3

蟹棒*3

鱼豆腐*2

花枝丸*1

*6

卤溏心蛋*1


还有一些推荐搭配辅料:

墨鱼,虾丸,章鱼丸,香茅叶,柠檬草,香菜



味道:这款冬阴功汤面的面很一般,就是一般的方便面,但是冬阴功酱特别正宗,和在饭店吃到的冬阴功一个味道。蟹棒花枝丸鱼豆腐和虾吸透了汤汁,弹牙爽滑。汤汁带着青柠檬的果酸,一饮而尽,太过瘾啦👻
