嗦的不是粉,是乡愁

作为土生土长的柳州人,从小到大生活的地方方圆三百米内必定至少有一家螺蛳粉店。因为选择实在太多,有时候出门吃个粉都要想半天吃哪一家。


虽然酸笋是螺蛳粉里重要的配菜,但我自己更偏爱腐竹,以至于常常牺牲酸笋来换取更多的腐竹。而不同的粉店里腐竹的口感也不一样,我最喜欢脆的那一种。

老板小碗螺蛳粉,要ong菜(空心菜),不要酸笋,多点腐竹,其他样样要。加一个鸭脚一份豆腐泡,要辣椒。再来瓶豆奶。


第一次想念螺蛳粉的味道是在大一,冬夜里下着雨,我在离家一千多公里的大城市里突然怀念起坐在粉摊边上边吃边辣得全身发热的感觉。

第一次尝试自己煮螺蛳粉也是在大一。那会儿寝室里刚买了锅,趁着假期在网上买了两袋螺蛳粉,还特地跑到菜市去买了一把新鲜的空心菜。那碗粉的味道我已经没有印象了,只记得好基友一边嫌弃着那股味道一边说好吃。那也是头一回知道有人接受不了这种味道……对于我来说真的是超级香啊一闻到就会很馋_(°ω°」∠)_









也曾翻山越岭(误)只为一碗粉。














假期回家,常常第一餐就是螺蛳粉。

话说我们那儿有一种说法:柳州人最不能忍受的两件事,一是吃不辣的螺蛳粉,二是看别人吃不辣的螺蛳粉2333333







也不知道是什么时候养成的吃饭前要拍照的习惯,只是在翻以前的相册的时候,看到这一张张不一样的螺蛳粉的照片,我都还能记得是在什么时间和什么人在哪里吃的。

话说之前在微博看到有商家推出真空包装的螺蛳鸭脚煲,艾特了小亚求进货,但是说因为有肉所以不太行_(:3」∠)_






出国后的第一年,知道了亚米网这个神奇的存在。第一单便买了螺霸王,里面还有鹌鹑蛋。

那时的牌子和数量都比较少,常常一搜螺蛳粉出来的都是已卖光。现在不仅有了各种牌子,还推出了干捞产品,每次吃干捞就想起当年在高中食堂连吃一个礼拜干捞螺蛳粉的时光,食堂阿姨每次都会舀一大勺螺肉,超级满足~








在亚米第一次下单不久后,家里寄来了一箱螺蛳粉,真的是满满一箱!拆快递的时候整个人幸福得要飞起来。那会儿还邀请小伙伴们一起吃hhh里面各种牌子的都尝了一遍,最先记住的就是好欢螺。或许因为它的腐竹是脆的哈哈~





去年经历了几个月吃不到好欢螺的痛苦,现在家里已经囤了一堆hhhhhhh



袋装螺蛳粉应该算是一种方便食品,不过我都会煮得很认真,青菜从来都不能少,豆奶也是必备品。

虽然现在吃螺蛳粉已经是很日常的事情,但有时候吃着吃着就会开始想家,想念出门走两步就能吃到的现煮的螺蛳粉,想念和自己一起吃粉的人,想着想着眼泪掉下来也假装是被辣到。留学的日子并不轻松,但所幸总有慰藉。





不知从什么时候开始,螺蛳粉已经成了火遍全国的食物。依稀记得好几年前舌尖上的中国第一集有介绍过酸笋,顺便提到了螺蛳粉,我当时激动得不行,觉得家乡的美食终于有机会被更多的人知道了。

微博上常有一些关于螺蛳粉的热门内容,评论里往往是毁誉参半。虽然有时候看到一些激烈的言辞还是难免会有些难受,但看到螺蛳粉受到越来越多的人的喜爱,真的很开心。
