平时想喝点饮料但又怕胖时会喝一瓶这个，不是很甜这么大一瓶只有90卡路里喝完不会太罪恶😂



美汁源热带果粒果汁饮料

超级好喝的呀，在国内时没有喝过这款，最近发现了真的是超级好喝，喝了一口就根本停不下来，不会太甜，推荐！





可口可乐公司出品lohas透明草莓饮料


不知道为什么这个系列之后草莓味道的是小瓶的其他都是大瓶的，暂时只试了草莓和桃子两个口味的，都好喝，草莓味还蛮浓的，热量又低，推荐。







缘之华兴苹果酸奶

我本身就和喜欢喝苹果味的营养快线，这个喝起来跟那个味道差不多，酸酸甜甜的很好喝，早上来一瓶，精神一上午哈哈哈。

这个有各种口味，还是原味最好喝，味道形容不出来，是小时候喝的一种饮料的味道很好喝。
