New way to eat monkey mushroom rice

steel cut Oats*0.5 cup

Water*2.5 cup

Condensed milk*1 Tsp

猴菇米稀新吃法

大年初三啦~~胡吃海塞一堆乱七八糟大鱼大肉生猛海鲜,早上来碗燕麦米稀养养胃吧!



🥣🥣所需食材🥣🥣


江中猴姑米稀*1

steel cut 燕麦*0.5 cup

*2.5 cup

炼乳*1 Tsp



首先把燕麦按1:5的分量加入碗中,盖一层保鲜膜或是微波炉专用盖,高火微波2分钟。



加热后的燕麦会吸掉很多水分,这时候放入一袋猴菇米稀,然后倒入开水不停搅拌直到米稀全部溶于水。等待2分钟后,米稀会变成糊状,燕麦变得软糯粘稠。



最后加一勺炼乳搅拌均匀即可。甜甜奶奶的米稀混合着香糯的燕麦,口感比单纯的米稀更加丰富,且有饱腹感。配蛋饼配三明治或是馒头煎饺都是不错的选择哦!


🌟🌟喜欢健康一点的也可以用牛奶代替水,用蜂蜜代替炼乳。我实验了几次感觉还是炼乳的口感最好。
