[刀削面]
In my hometown. As soon as winter comes, many businesses on the street set up tents similar to yurts. They sell them.
The so-called 刀削面 is to knead the noodles many times and then arrange them into long doughs. Then use a knife to cut the noodles. Like sharpening a pencil, cut them straight into a pot full of boiling water in front of them. Cook them and remove them.
In the United States, you can't eat ready-made ones. So you can only buy the packaged ones. The one I recommend is Taiwan's Xindongyang--Bamboo Charcoal In a few minutes, the noodles are very soft. And very glutinous. The taste is very good. In summer, I like to fry and eat. In winter, I like to cook noodle soup. It is very warm after eating.
Then I choose to eat noodles for the Lantern Festival dinner. 🍜

【刀削面】
在我家乡.一到冬天.街上很多商家就搭起了类似蒙古包的帐篷.卖起刀削面啦.还可以现场看师傅表演呢~
所谓刀削面就是将面经过多次揉搓后整理成较长的面团.之后用刀具削面.像削铅笔一样地一条条直接削到面前盛满沸水的锅里.煮熟后捞出.
在美帝没得吃现成的.所以只能买包装的啦.我推荐的这款是台湾的新东阳--竹炭刀削面.一包3块多.可以煮4-5人份呢.只需要煮几分钟就面条就非常软.而且很筋道.味道很不错.夏天的时候喜欢炒着吃.冬天就喜欢煮成汤面.吃完非常的暖和.
那么元宵晚餐我选择吃面啦.🍜
