米稀在我們的第二個家


雖然這話題是「家中必備養身清單」,可是我偏要任性的把公司的養身清單也寫進來。


其實,作為一個上班族一星期中有40個小時在公司,公司可為第二個家了,而在公司條件有限之下,又可以怎麼養生呢?


作為我要寫的公司裡的養生文,江中猴菇的米稀當然要首當其衝的再介紹一下!
