Life is not the wolfberry in front of you

Graduated from a Chinese medicine college, there is only so much knowledge left to maintain health😂😂 Let me share with you my daily routine.


A: Siwu Soup


Every month after my aunt leaves, I have to cook a pot of Siwu soup to replenish qi and blood and warm the body, which is a must for girls to keep healthy. Ami has it for sale. Every time an order is placed, it is used to collect the order.




B: Tea


The following three are jasmine, chrysanthemum, and rose

Three kinds of tea can be brewed separately or brewed together. It is called Sanhua tea. It is especially good for the liver when drinking for a long time. And roses will improve the girl's complexion. Chrysanthemum removes fire, nourishes the liver and improves eyesight.

I have been drinking Eucommia tea to help clear visceral fat. I just started drinking it from Kobayashi Pharmaceuticals, and then changed to this one, which is more nourishing Chinese medicine than Kobayashi Pharmaceuticals.

C: Traditional Chinese Medicine


The following are all Chinese medicines I use to make porridge or soup. Don't doubt your eyes, health is really not just the wolfberry in front of you. Haha~ I'm getting old, and I'm about to run for the third time~

Some of them have been used almost by me, namely Codonopsis, Cordyceps, Coix Seed, Gorgon or Citrus, Astragalus, Wolfberry, Angelica, Huaishan, Poria, Xianglianzi. Some Yami is available, and some are bought in Chinese supermarket herbal medicine stores. They are the basic herbs used in daily soup and health porridge.



D: Dark Syrup


This one is especially recommended, auntie companion.

生活绝不是眼前的枸杞

中医院校毕业,只剩这么点知识来养生了😂😂给大家晒晒我的养生日常。


A:四物汤


每个月姨妈走后一周都要煲一锅四物汤,补气血暖身子,女生养生必备。亚米就有卖。每次下单都用来凑单。




B:茶


以下三种为茉莉花,菊花,和玫瑰花

三种可以分别泡也可以三种一起泡着喝,叫三花茶,长期喝特别养肝。而且玫瑰花对女生气色会有改善。菊花去火养肝明目。

这三个都是亚米买的。



杜仲茶我一直在喝,帮助清除内脏脂肪,刚开始喝小林制药的,后来换这个,这个比小林制药的更多一些滋补中药。

还有玄米茶,这两个是帮助瘦身的。

都是可以在亚米网买到的。



C:中药类


以下都是我煮粥或者煲汤用的中药,不要怀疑你的眼睛,养生真的不只是眼前的枸杞。哈哈~年纪大了,快要奔三的人了都是~

有些被我用的差不多了都,分别是党参,虫草花,薏仁,芡实或者茨实,黄芪,枸杞,当归,淮山,茯苓,湘莲子。有一些亚米就有,有一些是在中国超市药材店买的。都是日常煲汤煮养生粥用的基本药材。



D:黑糖浆


这个单独拿出来特别推荐,姨妈伴侣。
