拯救懒癌晚期的早餐




我不知道有没有人跟我一样,每天早上一定要十几个闹钟。从第一个闹钟响 内心os再睡五分钟 ,到第n个闹钟响 不煮早饭了我要被窝!的内心变化


嗯冬天就是那么难起床!然后自从无意间听了朋友的安利 买了这款鲍鱼粥 简直打开新世界【变得更懒了呢!








放微波炉叮两分钟就能喝上一碗热腾腾的粥了。粥很香 米软糯糯的 ,配上附赠的香油 简直棒呆了


里面是鲍鱼香菇切片 我这个不吃香菇星人都觉得真的好好吃啊 ,鲍鱼和香菇很好的融合在一起,没有任何突兀的味觉和口感。


早上这样一碗粥刚刚好合适,胃暖暖的,不空不胀刚刚好。


也适合姨妈期疼的打滚的妹子们,又没胃口又完全提不起精神煮东西,这种清淡的粥正好合适啊!喝完接着回床上放空也没问题!


我目前只买了金枪鱼和鲍鱼味道的。鲍鱼味的真的等了很久,因为之前总是断货。我个人觉得金枪鱼的对比鲍鱼来说会有点腥,不过作为速食粥来说也还不错了。


小提示:大家放进微波炉里加热的时候记得不要把里面的膜全掀开【对不起我就是这么傻】我第一次吃的时候毫无防备 然后整个汤汁 都漏在微波炉里了...  所以至今我都特别特别小心翼翼


香油好像是可以加在粥里然后放进微波炉 或者 放进微波炉里加热后再加香油?嗷个人选择吧对我来说差别不大


加热后那个碗有点烫,记得拿出来的时候小心一点
