【Fried Chicken Kitchen】An ultimate meal – Fried minced pork with sour beans
I have bought all the sour cowpeas at Yami, and I like the cowpeas with red oil and pickled peppers, so I will buy some sour beans, because this thing is super convenient to eat with rice and porridge, and the most important thing is that the stir-fried dishes are especially delicious.
The minced meat is marinated first. I usually add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and chicken essence.
Add oil to the pot and fry the minced meat first, then fry it a little with a spatula. If it is too large, it will not taste good and it will be inconvenient to eat it with a spoon.
You can add a little dark soy sauce to color, after frying the minced meat, add a packet of sour beans and stir fry (even the red oil inside)
In this way, wait for the juice to be almost dry (a little juice will emerge when frying the minced meat), just add a little salt
Put the freshly cooked rice in the big bowl
If you eat it alone, just put it on the rice, not a drop of oil is wasted, and you can wash a bowl less hahaha

【炸鸡厨房】一道究极下饭菜–酸豆角炒肉末
在亚米买遍了所有酸豇豆,红油泡椒豇豆都喜欢,都会买点酸豆角,因为这东西平时下饭,下稀饭都超方便,最重要的是炒菜特别提味。
肉末先腌一下,我一般加料酒,酱油,蚝油,盐,胡椒,鸡精。
锅里加油先把肉末炒熟,用铲子稍微炒散一些,太大块了不但不入味到时候也不方便用勺子舀着吃。
可以稍微加一点老抽上色,炒好肉末之后直接加入一包酸豆角接着翻炒一下(连着里面的红油也倒进去)
这样子等汁差不多收干了就可以(炒肉末的时候会出一点汁),稍微加一点盐就可以啦
大碗里面放上刚煮好的米饭
一个人吃的话就直接盖在米饭上,一滴油都不浪费还可以少洗一个碗哈哈哈
