spring rice ball

The weather has been very good recently, and the atmosphere of spring is very strong. Remembering that everyone may go out for outings or parties on weekends, I would like to introduce a pocket rice ball to you



The first time I saw this rice ball, I was attracted by its appearance. After reading the method, I felt that it was very simple, and the use and matching of ingredients were very casual. . When I sent it to the crowd, everyone said they liked it, so I wrote it out.


The essential ingredients are: seaweed, rice (white rice, purple rice, and whole grain rice), eggs, meat (luncheon meat, sliced meat, seafood), plastic wrap, Mayonnaise.



I chop up the hard-boiled eggs enough to add to the mayonnaise and stir, set aside. Season the rice with a small amount of sesame oil, sesame oil, and salt, and set aside. The crab sticks I chose, and the salmon luncheon meat were all fried in advance.




Let the rice cool until warm. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a cutting board and place a sheet of seaweed peel. Pay attention to the placement position, choose a corner facing you, which is convenient for folding.

After placing, press down with your hand, pull up the plastic wrap and fold the corner of the seaweed to the center. The rice is sticky, if it is not piled up too high, it will usually stick. If it really doesn't work, just pull the plastic wrap and squeeze it hard. After sticking, release the plastic wrap and repeat for the other triangles (be quicker or the other corners will pop off). Finally, wrap the whole rice ball tightly with plastic wrap, and squeeze the edges and corners with your hands. Finally, remember to make a decisive cut in the middle, and that's it.

Be decisive, be quick and accurate.

春日饭团

各位小可爱,大表妹又来更新了。上次写长文章,是爆炒螺蛳粉,感谢各位小可爱们的点赞跟喜欢。最近天气特别好,春天的气息很浓,想起大家可能周末都会出去郊游或者聚会,给大家介绍一款口袋饭团



第一次看到这个饭团就是被颜值吸引的,看了做法之后觉得很简单,而且食材的使用搭配很随性,基本可以说爱怎么搭配都行。发到达人群里,大家都说喜欢,让我写出来。


食材上必备的就是:紫菜,饭(白米,紫米,五谷米都可以),鸡蛋,肉(午餐肉,肉片,海鲜都可以),保鲜膜,美乃滋。



我把水煮蛋切碎够加入美乃滋搅拌,备用。米饭加上少量麻油,芝麻,盐来调味,备用。我选择的蟹棒,三文鱼午餐肉都有提前煎了一下。




米饭放凉到温热就好,在砧板上铺一张保鲜膜,放上一张紫菜皮。注意摆放位置,选择一角对着自己,方便折叠。




第一层跟最后一层是固定不变,放米饭。摆放形状是方形还是长型,自己调整决定。随后陆续放上自行准备的材料,可参考我其中一款的顺序:米饭-蟹棒-鸡蛋酱-午餐肉-生菜-米饭






摆放之后,用手往下压一下,拉起保鲜膜跟紫菜角往中心对折。米饭有粘性,如果不是堆得太高一般都能粘的住。如果实在是不行,就拉着保鲜膜使劲往里挤。黏住后放开保鲜膜,把其他三角都重复这么做(速度要快点,不然其他角会蹦开)。最后再用保鲜膜完整的把整个饭团紧紧的包裹起来,用手把边边角角都挤压好。最后记住中间果断切一刀,就可以了

口袋饭团肯定是要食材紧紧包裹在一起,才会完整好看。所以包起来的那一步骤一定要把食材挤压好,不能让其松松垮垮的。包好之后也用手把整个饭团压紧实,排出空气之类的。最后,切下去的那一刀不要犹豫,来来去去的切肯定会切得不整齐。果断点,快狠准。
