yami_featured_image 【炸鸡厨房】最近亚米新上了魔芋结,我隔壁的亚超也经常买的这个,真的超级好吃!这款魔芋结比普通魔芋丝软,很容易入味,吃完也很顶饿😚😚 今天做的是魔芋结蒜蓉蒸虾,跟粉丝蒸虾类似,这个更健康一些噢~ 调料很简单就是蒜剁碎加上料酒,酱油和一丢丢醋做成调味汁,把虾背切开更好入味,可以把蒜蓉稍微塞一点进虾背。倒入调味汁最后加点葱撒在上面上锅把虾蒸熟就可以了。大概十分钟左右吧😁😁😁 蒸出来的魔芋比炖的味道偏淡,可以自己加点酱油沾着吃😚
