【Fried Chicken Kitchen】(It seems a little messed up) Two ways of black sesame mochi bread
This is what I have been buying from Anlia. I bought it as soon as I saw it was in stock. There are two packs in it, so I made it once according to my own method and once according to the recipe given later. Both have their own advantages, but I was a little anxious to do it, and I didn't post it much the first time. Hahaha. The taste is not bad, but it doesn't look so cute.
Practice one:
Ingredients: Mochi bread premixed powder, appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds, 70ml of water, 30g of butter, 10g of sugar, a pinch of salt, and an egg.
I love this cooked sesame very much. I bought it in a flash and it’s super convenient to make desserts like nougat.
Add everything together except the butter and knead into a dough~
Melt the butter in the microwave (be careful with the heat)~
Adding butter to the kneaded dough can not only increase the flavor, but also will not stick to the hands. When I did the latter method, I felt that it was super sticky without butter.
Roll into small balls, bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35 minutes~
I may be in a hurry, I should let it rest for a while, but it didn't start much
But there is still QQ in it, take it to school and everyone will grab it~
The second method is to add only water and eggs. It is a relatively simple and easy method except sticky hands. Another disadvantage is that it is easy to collapse after baking. Maybe I was too anxious to take it out. It's good-looking, I'm really embarrassed to watch it twice.)
I always call it a dinosaur egg, this one looks more like a dinosaur egg haha, I like the cracks that come out
I think it would be more fragrant to add a little sugar or butter, but it's not bad to eat it like this directly~

【炸鸡厨房】(好像有点搞砸了的)黑芝麻麻薯面包两种做法
这个是我一直安利亚米进的,看到有货赶紧就买了,里面有两包所以按照自己的方法做了一次,按照后面给的菜谱做了一次。两次各有各的优点吧,不过我做的有点着急了,第一次没怎么发起来哈哈哈。味道倒是没有差,就是看起来没这么可爱。
做法一:
材料:麻薯面包预拌粉,熟芝麻适量,水70ml,黄油30g,糖10g,盐一撮,鸡蛋一个。
这个熟芝麻我超级爱的,之前闪购买的做甜品香像牛轧糖什么的超级方便,味道也很香,直接加糖伴着吃也不错哦,对头发好
除了黄油全部加在一起,搅拌成面团~
黄油用微波炉转一下融化(小心烫)~
揉好的面团加上黄油,不但可以增加香味,而且不会粘手,我做后面那种做法的时候觉得没加黄油超级粘手TAT
搓成小球,烤箱预热170℃烤35分钟~
我可能是太着急了,应该让它rest一会儿的,没有怎么发起来
但是里面还是QQ的,带去学校大家一下就抢完了~
第二种做法就是只加水和鸡蛋的,除了粘手以外还是比较简单好做的做法,还有一个缺点就是烤完容易塌,可能是我太着急拿出粗来了(自己以前明明做的挺好看的,这两次做的真的是自己都不好意思看)
我一直叫它恐龙蛋,这个发起来了比较像恐龙蛋哈哈,喜欢烤出来的裂痕
我觉得还是要稍微加点糖或者黄油会比较香,但直接这么吃清清淡淡的也还不错~
