There are 2 ways to eat:

I choose the second, cooking method,

光友 重庆酸辣粉 试吃。

第二次吃酸辣粉。

《光友重庆酸辣粉》

材料包如图:
番薯粉 腌制过的豆芽菜,粉包,风味包,辣油包,醋包
食用方法有有2种:
第一种是:泡食方法。
我选择第二种,煮食方法,
1千克的水,待水烧开后,将粉条放入,煮1-2分钟,关火。
把原本煮过的水倒掉,加入新的水,开火继续煮,把各个材料包放入。
(除了辣油包和酸醋包按个人口味可以加一半或全部加入)
最后加一些新鲜的葱和香菜。

和第一次的感觉是一样,个人不是很喜欢番薯粉之类的面试,可能小时候的记忆中粉条或番薯粉的食品都是用来做甜食吧!

我还是喜欢米粉,小麦做成面条,吃起来有口感。
