做法:1将鸡蛋煮到全熟放进凉水里。有利于快速剥壳而且不烫手。对半切开,备用。

2 起油锅,将切好的鸡胸肉放进锅里直至全部鸡肉都变白。

4看到锅里开始冒小泡泡的时候就要准备收汁出锅了,出锅前还可以放少许的昆布汁增加风味和层次感。

5,准备摆盘,青菜可以烫一下放在旁边,这里我用的简单的沙拉蔬菜可以直接吃的,将热腾腾的照烧鸡和汤汁盖在刚煮好的米饭上,最后撒上芝麻海苔碎作为点缀。好吃的照烧鸡饭就做好啦,多余的汤汁可以浇在沙拉上,一样好吃的哟~~~
