这里我就介绍几道方便快捷的食谱给大家。有正餐的,也有饭后甜点的,总之都是一些可以提高生活幸福感的菜品。

废话不多说,我先来介绍两道让人吃了之后瞬间满血复活的小甜点,超级好做,特别适合即将到来的炎炎夏日,做的多了可以放冰箱随时拿出来都可以吃,让你随时都可以体验到炎炎夏日中的冰凉感~~。

1:布丁
