【😈厨房】猪肉酸菜炖粉条






首先说一下,东北酸菜和老坛酸菜不一样哈,东北酸菜只是酸,不辣~





国内放蒜爆香,加入猪肉,炒熟后加洗过两遍的酸菜丝儿,炒到有香味出来~

酸菜用之前一定要洗,我都是倒入镂空的盆里冲两遍,不建议泡,要是不酸了也不好吃哈



然后加水,加提前泡好的的粉条,中火开炖!



倒入葱花,闷一会,然后大火收汁



新鲜出炉的猪肉酸菜炖粉条,做好后满厨房都是香味,这个酸菜丝比我之前在美国超市买的要纯正多了,会回购哒~
