10 minute easy noodles

When the weather is too hot to eat noodle soup, a simple noodle soup can whet your appetite.





Materials: Two people

Beef mince half pound

Onion Half Cutting

Practice

10分鐘簡易拌麵

天氣熱到不想吃湯麵的時候,一個簡單的拌麵可以讓你胃口大開。





材料:兩人份

牛肉碎 半磅

洋蔥 半個 切丁

小黃瓜🥒半條 切絲

周君記擔擔麵醬 2小包

黃豆醬 半湯勺

躁爺朝天椒 少許

春絲 擔擔麵 半包


做法

熱鍋中火下油先炒洋蔥,等洋蔥變色下牛肉碎翻炒2-3分鐘擔擔麵醬,黃豆醬,辣椒醬,還有三湯勺水。等湯汁變濃關火。


另一鍋煮水滾下麵,煮3-4分鐘撈起 (過冷水,過冷水,過冷水)麵條必須過冷水才不會黏在一起,而且會比較Q


然後把麵啊,黃瓜絲,還有醬拌一起 再撒個芝麻就完工啦。


我一般會兩個鍋子一起煮,所以從準備到完成不超過十分鐘。有時候懶就會用提前炒的牛肉醬來拌麵。周君記的擔擔麵醬包比較鹹,沒有太多味道,所以要加黃豆醬跟水來調味。不喜歡太重味道的,還可以下一點點糖來提味。
