【😈Kitchen】A bowl of seemingly simple but not simple noodles🍜






Today I will try the famous beef noodle soup~

【😈厨房】一碗看似简单但是不简单的面🍜






今天要尝试的是久负盛名的牛肉汤块～

准备用来做面条的汤底～





里面是五块小小的独立包装，看起来挺可爱的。牛肉汤块是棕色浓稠状，加入水中不溶。需要搅匀，然后会变成乳白色的悬浊液哦～



我加了700毫升的水，烧开后，加入客家板条，我不喜欢这个板条自带的调料包，但是宽面条有手擀面的口感，超爱～

把酱料包丢掉，煮板条，大概5分钟就好了٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑)ᵒᵏ

虽然看上去平平无奇，其实这样吃就已经很好吃了。汤底是浓浓的牛肉汤味，咸度适中，面条筋道（而且很长……）




但还是想有点配菜的话怎么办呢？

当当当当～我又开了一包螺蛳粉，单独煮里面的除汤底外的配件包，再加上几只虾和青菜，一碗看着简单其实很有内涵的面就做好了～😋
