😈 Pumpkin Pie




The last time I bought mochi pre-mixed powder, I bought this pumpkin pie pre-mixed powder. In comparison, the mochi bun is simpler and has fewer steps. Interested babies can poke my list:

This premix has three parts: crust powder, filling powder, and yeast.




Mix the yeast and crust flour together and add 280ml span>104F lukewarm water, I used about 109F.< span class="s2">If you don't have a thermometer, it won't be hot, just warm, because the yeast is active.


Mix the flour and water until the dough is very sticky~


Be sure to wear disposable gloves when packing, and be sure to apply a little oil on the gloves, otherwise it will really stick to your crying




The process of wrapping has no hands to take pictures, probably the operation is like this:

Fill out about 55grams of dough and try to flatten it as much as possible . Take about1tbp of the filling and put it in the center of the dough, shape the dough into a ball, make sure that the filling is not exposed, and then flatten it. Ready to fry.


It's really not well packaged, it's okay to leak a little stuffing



Small pan over low heat, about 15seconds on one side, turning a few more times , wait until both sides are evenly brown in color.



I made a total of12 pumpkin pie. The stuffing is hearty! ! ! 😋

Sweet, with a hint ofcinnamon. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but I didn't taste the pumpkin flavor😂

Compared with the pumpkin pie I used to eat in China, this one is more like a small pie or a flour pie that is often eaten in the north, which is quite good👍🏻

You can keep the leftovers for breakfast. If it’s cold, put it in the microwave to heat it up and then take it out and the stuffing will be smooth again

😈南瓜饼




上次买麻薯预拌粉的时候顺带买了这个南瓜饼预拌粉,相比较来说,麻薯包的那个做法更简单,步骤更少,感兴趣的宝宝可戳我那篇晒单:

这个预拌粉里有三部分:饼皮粉,馅粉,还有酵母。




把酵母和饼皮粉混在一起,加入280毫升104F左右的温水,我用了大概109F.没温度计的话不烫手,温温的就可以,因为酵母有活性。


把粉和水搅匀,得到的面团非常黏~


包的时候一定要带一次性手套,而且手套上一定要抹一点油,不然真是黏到你哭哦




包的过程没手来拍照,大概操作是这样:

揪出来大概55克的面团,尽量把它压扁压大。取大概1tbp的馅料放在面团中央,把面团捏成球,确保不会露馅,再压扁,准备放锅里煎。


实在包不好,漏出一点馅也没关系



平底锅小火,一面大概15秒,多翻几次,等到两面颜色呈均匀的棕色就可以了。



我一共做了12个南瓜饼,一口咬下去,里面的馅是流心的!!!😋

有点甜,带着点cinnamon的味道。饼皮外酥里软,就是我没吃出南瓜味😂

和以前在国内吃的南瓜饼比起来,这个更像是小馅饼或者北方常吃的发面饼,蛮赞👍🏻

吃剩的可以留着做早饭,凉了的话放微波炉里加热一下再拿出来馅就又是流心的了呦
